Indoor Kicker 1 hr Session Confirmation

We have received your appointment request. Thank you! Here's what happens next:

You will receive a confirmation email.

In preparation for your indoor session we recommend that you bring:

     -The bibs or gear that you usually wear during a ride

     -The shoes you usually ride in. Pedal availability: Look, Shimano or flat

     -A training device (Garmin, Wahoo, IPad, PC, etc) that connects to our wahoo trainers.

     -Optional, your own bike, otherwise we’ll be happy to lend you one of ours (Subject to size and availability. 

     -Bring your own nutrition if desired. We offer water and other drinks and food is available for purchase.

A few other notes:

     -The room can get very warm, so bring a towel and breathable clothing. 

     -Please arrive at least ten minutes before your booking begins to leave time for set-up and adjustments.

In the case of an unexpected cancellation on our side, you will receive another email proposing a new date.
