GRAVEL RIDE

Good for intermediate gravel riders, or more advanced riders on a recovery day. A classic format where we aim to stay in one group at the same speed. Recommended use of cleats.

-Average time: 2,5 hrs 
-Average speed: 23-25 km/h

-Usually includes 1-2 climbs or plenty of rolling hills
