FTP Indoor Test 1-hr Session
FTP Indoor Test 1-hr Session
What’s an FTP anyway?
A cyclist’s FTP, or functional threshold power, is a metric used to measure a person’s output in watts over the course of an hour. The result helps customize training programs and work toward improvement. An FTP can be found using a heart rate monitor and power meter on any ride, but indoor cycling creates an especially helpful, controlled environment for testing.
If you would like to find your FTP and learn more about how to use it, book a complimentary in-person session at SALA below.
