Tempo 
Good for all riders who want to push themselves with a group. Training-focused ride for advanced cyclists who would like to train different skills such as climbing, cadence, power, and speed. Recommended knowledge of FTP. 
-Average distance: 45 km
-Average time: 2 hrs
-Average speed: 29 km/h or above
-Road or Gravel
-No-drop ride
-🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️⚪️

Women’s Tempo
Good for women who want to push themselves a harder and prefer a competitive but supportive environment. Training-focused ride for advanced cyclists who would like to train different skills such as climbing, cadence, power, and speed. Recommended knowledge of FTP. 
-Average distance: 45 km
-Average time: 2 hrs 
-Average speed: 27 km/h or above
-Road only (except by special request)
-No-drop ride (unless otherwise decided)
