An aero-optimised Frame Module that enhances aerodynamic performance, integrating with your frame to make you faster.

The Aero Frame Module is a performance-oriented solution for competitive gravel racers, developed through rigorous Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis to minimise drag within the front of the frame and create a seamless aerodynamic profile, regardless of what you pack.

Combining  with the Aero Top Tube Module creates  an average 5 watt saving at race speed, validated through wind tunnel testing and race-proven at the highest level, showing a benefit on every bike we’ve tested. View the data.

An ultralight, high strength nylon grid, laminated with TPU to create a minimalist yet structured material. PFAs and PFC-free.

HDPE
High strength and rigidity reinforcement boarding with good shape recall to avoid deformation.

LUBRICATE ZIPPERS
Clean & lubricate zippers regularly with silicone or petroleum-based grease to maintain performance.

SPOT CLEAN ONLY
Stains can be spot treated with concentrated dishwashing liquid. Abrasion is not recommended

Specifications

The Aero System is designed to integrate with your bike to deliver an aerodynamic benefit. As such, the available sizes relate not to the capacity, but to the size of bike that is best suited to deliver this benefit.

We recommend using our Frame Pack Sizing Tool to check the fit before purchase.

As a rough guide, the L/XL side is best suited to bikes sized 56-58cm and above. The S/M is best matched to bikes from 52-56cm.
